Well, after living in the neighborhood for 6 years I'll say this.

December Last Thursday just about doesn't exist. It's usually, cold/wet/nasty so no one sets up in the street. It's right around Christmas so usually people are still recovering, and almost no one comes out.

That said....I'm sure the galleries will still be open and there will be a few more people there than a usual Thursday night. But really....it's a month of rest for most.

That said...again.....come knock on my door and if I'm around I'll wander around with you.:)
