I know it is last minute, but you never know, someone may see this before tomorrow and come to my aid. I've been working furiously producing wearable art that I want to sell at Last Thursday. However I just realized, as I am trying to get everything ready for tomorrow, that I don't have any idea what the protocol is for vendor set up. How early should I get there? Do people have "spots" that they return to every month that they will get mad at me for un-knowingly stealing? Do I need to go in earlier and ask the owner of whatever shop or bar I want to set up outside of for permission? I can't believe I didn't think to find all this out before, but I've been having so much fun sewing that I just realized that the day is TOMORROW and I have no idea what to do once I get there! If anyone sees this and has any pointers I'd love to hear from you. If not I'm sure I'll figure it out tomorrow. Thanks for reading. Happy summer and have a great Last Thursday!

Re: First time vendor looking for last minute advice!!
Thu, July 30, 2009 - 1:44 PMGet there as early as you can. 3-4 PM. Set up where ever you want but be prepared to move if asked. One place asked me for a fee once, so I moved down the road. You can always ask questions when you get down there as everyone is very friendly.
PS Take some cold water with ice! And take a hat. Look for a place in the shade......!!
