Hi, I'm planning to check out Last Thursday in September. Does it happen year-round? Also, where should I stay? I've only stayed in downtown hotels, but maybe there is a place somewhere closer to the Alberta district... Thanks!

Tue, August 29, 2006 - 9:44 AMIt does go year around, but tends to die down when the weather goes south. It's insane right now and if it's nice weather, Sept. will be great too.
If you want to try the east side of the river a little closer to it all, you might try the Jupiter which is adjacent to the Doug fir. Great scene and night life, food, it's all there.
